Support The Museum
The Museum of Trees has raised Rs 2 crores in grants and donations. The main contributor being the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, which under the scheme of setting up new museums has given a grant of Rs 69 lacs. The remaining amount has been raised through corporate and individual donations. For the museum to remain relevant and dynamic, fundraising is an ongoing activity. The corpus of funds would be utilized for the enhancement of the museum and augmentation of museum exhibits.
Your donation is a vital contribution to supporting us in conserving the historical trees of Sikh religion and educating society of the significance of the environment in Sikh spiritual teachings. You will be helping us in the maintenance of the museum building and collections, including the conservation of historical trees. Your donations will ensure the continuity of our mission.
Donations to the Museum of Trees are eligible for exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Setting up of the Museum has been undertaken with Financial Assistance from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India
